BALL SPECIFICATION  

 Euro-Matic can vary the ball diameter and surface finish to suit the specific performance requirements of each deodorant pack. Liquid viscosity and liquid payout can be varied by making small changes to the nominal diameter, rather than expensive modifications to ball housing and bottle tooling.  

Typically, the nominal ball diameters available include 0.4" (10.16mm), 0.75" (19.05mm), 1.0" (25.4mm) and 1.4" (35.56mm), although oversize and undersize alternatives are also available. The standard diameter tolerance is +/-0.002" (+/-0.05mm) with a sphericity of 0.002" (0.05mm).
